Public and patients are invited to nominate staff members for the Patient Experience Award, part of the Trust's Staff Awards 2025. Nominations close on Friday 4th July. In recognition of the impact hospital staff have upon many lives, this Award is for the team or individual that has made a significant impact upon improving the patient experience.

The Met Office has issued a Yellow Heat Health Alert for our region, beginning tomorrow Wednesday 18th June from 12:00 until Sunday 22nd June, 18:00, as there is a 60% risk of a heatwave. Temperatures across the UK will continue to climb with the weather becoming increasingly hot and sunny. If you have vulnerable family, friends or neighbours, it's important to check in on them and ensure they are aware of the forecasts and are following the necessary advice. Remember to stay hydrated, dress appropriately and avoid strenuous activity.

The work of Salisbury ¿´Æ¬Èí¼þ Foundation Trust’s Sustainability Team has been recognised nationally, winning the first-ever Sustainability Award at the 2025 Health Estates & Facilities Management Association (HEFMA) Annual Awards. The award celebrates innovation and impact in sustainable estates and facilities management, and the Trust’s Sustain & Reclaim Centre (formerly known as the Asset Recycling Centre) was celebrated as a leading example of how to reduce waste, reuse valuable resources, and embed sustainability into everyday operations.
